The environment where you install and use Accela SDK to create Windows Store apps must meet the following requirements:
■ Windows 8 operating system
■ Microsoft Visual Studio. Choose one of these editions:
· Visual Studio 2012 for Windows 8 apps
· Visual Studio 2013 for Windows 8.1 phone/store apps

■ Bing Map SDK for Windows 8 or 8.1
Refer to Getting Started with Bing Maps to see version compatibility with Windows 8 and 8.1 versions.
Register your Windows 8 app on the Accela Developer Portal. For details on how to register your app, see App Registration.
Note down your App ID and App Secret as you will need them to access APIs when setting up your app in Visual Studio.
